Our Integrated Practice
My practice connects artistic creation, embodied research, and movement education. Across performances, workshops, and collaborative projects, I explore how bodies move, carry memory, and build relationships with others
Choreography & Artivism
Dance Science, Medicine & Somatic Practice
Academic Pedagogy & Community practice
Creating performances that explore cultural memory, displacement, bodily autonomy, and belonging through any dance style, movement exploration, and collective creation.
Integrating exercise physiology, kinesiology, anatomy and principles of dance medicine with somatic awareness to inform movement education, support physical well-being, and develop sustainable approaches to training and performance.
Designing classes, workshops, and learning experiences for children, adults, artists, and educators. My pedagogy brings movement exploration, embodied inquiry, and reflection together, connecting individual discovery with collective learning.

Our Core Philosophy
We understand the body as a living archive of memory, culture, and possibility. Our practice brings movement science and somatic inquiry into dialogue with displacement, belonging, and the politics of who gets to move and be seen. Through choreography, movement becomes research and embodied testimony: a way of thinking, remembering, and making lived experience felt beyond words.
Circle Connections shapes how we create together. Through shared rhythm, attention, and return, individual histories meet while each person retains their own voice and choices. Care for the body is integral to artistic rigor. We cultivate spaces where people can move, question, and remain authors of their own expression.
The body remembers. Movement carries it forward.
